Justin graduated with a Masters of Physical Therapy following the completion of his Honours Science Degree in Kinesiology. Justin has obtained his Level One Manual Therapy Certificate through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. He has successfully completed several acupuncture courses from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute (AFCI) and the Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute (APTEI). Justin approaches patient-centered physiotherapy in order to help others improve their function and well-being, while empowering them to take an active role in their own health management. He has completed several FITforeGOLF levels, and has written and presented on golf-related injuries, their prevention, and rehabilitation. Justin holds a current faculty appointment as Assistant Clinical Professor (Adjunct) with the School of Rehabilitation Science at McMaster University. Jamie received his Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2016 from Queen’s University. Prior to completing his physical therapy degree, he obtained a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology (2013) and Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (2009) at the University of Western Ontario. As a reflection of his education, Jamie employs a holistic approach to rehabilitation and considers the priorities of the person in addition to the area of injury. His practice emphasizes the unique circumstances of each individual’s injury and considers physiotherapy a collaborative approach with patients.
Throughout his physical therapy career, Jamie has worked collaboratively with family and sports medicine physicians, orthopaedic surgeons, physiatrists, neurologists, audiologists and neuro-optometrists to optimize patient care and outcomes. He believes recovery and well-being is predicated on communication between all health care professionals involved in the individual’s treatment plan. Jamie is capable of providing a breadth of treatment options for people who require physical therapy for sports injuries, musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, hip and knee replacements, complex and chronic pain, dizziness and vestibular disorders and post-concussion rehabilitation.
Jamie has a love of sport, music and the arts. While living in Kelowna, Jamie was an offensive coordinator and quarterback coach for the Kelowna Owls high school football team. Following a placement with DK Orthotic Solutions in her final semester in 2019, Amanda began working as Pedorthic Lab Technician. She then continued her education, completing the Diploma in Pedorthics program through Western University and became a fully Certified Canadian Pedorthist in 2022.

Simone received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016 and her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Terna Physiotherapy College in India in 2014. She got certified in Manual therapy from the EIM institute and became a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist in the US. Simone practiced as a PT in the States for 6 years before moving to Canada in 2023 and is starting her practice as a Physiotherapist at ISM Rehab.
Simone has extensive experience in treating outpatient musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions and enjoys working with every patient that walks through the door. She is an active listener and values her patients’ active participation in formulating a rehab plan.
